Troubleshooting Signing In to the Contour 2 Home Shopping Network App


Use the following information to assist you with signing in to Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote app on your Contour 2 receiver.
Note: Your username and password for Home Shopping Network may differ from your Cox username and password.

Confirm your Home Shopping Network username and password by signing in to a different device.

  • If you are able to sign in on a different device, then for more assistance contact us.
  • If you are unable to sign in on a different device, then complete the following.
    1. Recover or create an account by visiting Home Shopping Network at Home Shopping Network Support.
    2. Return to the Home Shopping Network app on your Contour 2 receiver and sign in as normal.
