Troubleshooting Signing In to Netflix on Contour


A Netflix subscription is required to access Netflix from your Contour receiver. If you are not already a Netflix subscriber, refer to Signing Up for Netflix.

Complete the following to troubleshoot signing in from your Contour receiver.
  1. Attempt to sign in to Netflix from a different device.
    • If you are unable to sign in from a different device using your established Netflix Sign In, refer to Netflix.com/LoginHelp for additional assistance.
    • If you are able to sign in from a different device, complete the following.
      1. Unplug your impacted receiver for 30 second, then reconnect the power.
      2. Attempt to Sign In to your established Netflix account.
      3. If the issue continues on your Contour receiver, contact us for further assistance.
