Troubleshooting Netflix

Netflix TV shows and movies are integrated directing into the browse menus and search functionality of Contour. Review the following if you are experiencing issues loading or accessing Netflix.

  • A subscription to the Netflix Premium Plan, a compatible 4K television, and the Wireless 4K Contour Stream Player are required to view 4K content.
  • All streaming apps count towards your Cox service data usage. For more information, refer to Understanding Data Usage.
  • You must subscribe to any level of Cox residential Internet service.

You must subscribe and be logged into Netflix, to browse menus and use the search functionality.
