Troubleshooting Internet Reach Device

Details

If you are experiencing Internet service connection issues, then complete the following steps.

Do you have any devices that are able to connect to your Internet service.

  • If yes, then continue to the next step.
  • If no, then proceed to step 4.

Confirm that all your devices are connected to your WiFi network.

  • Confirm the WiFi network ID is correct.
  • Confirm the WiFi password is correct.

If your devices are connected to your WiFi network and you are still experiencing connection issues, then complete the following steps.

  1. Disconnect the device from your WiFi network.
  2. Reconnect the device to your WiFi network.
  3. Did this fix your connection issue?
    • If yes, then your connection is working correctly. All steps complete.
    • If no, then continue to the next step.

If all your devices are not able to connect to your Internet service, then complete the following steps.

  1. Locate your POE Injector.
  2. Unplug the power cord from your power outlet.
  3. Wait one minute, then plug the power cord back into the outlet.
  4. Wait five minutes, then check that your Internet service is restored.

Locate your TPLink In-Home router.

  1. Unplug the power cord from your power outlet.
  2. Plug the power cord back into the outlet.
  3. Wait five minutes, then reconnect your device to your WiFi network.
