Troubleshooting Contour 2 Home Shopping Network App

Use the below information to assist the customer with troubleshooting issues related to the Contour 2 receiver and the Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote App.

Important:

  • The following services are required.
    • Any level of Cox Residential Internet service
    • Full Contour 2 service
    • Subscription to the Home Shopping Network (HSN), refer to channel lineups on cox.com for channel location and packages
  • In the Contour 2 on-screen guide, content marked with the icon Internet icon will count towards the customer's data usage. For more information, refer to Data Plans and Usage.
