Tracking Drop Ship Equipment Orders Through the Cox App

Solution

Complete the following steps to track a drop ship equipment order.

Sign in to the Cox app with your User ID and Password.

From the Home screen, determine the status of the order based on the message displayed.

  • If your order is in progress, then a "Once you have your new equipment, we can help get it connected online." message displays. Continue to the next step.
  • If there is an issue with your order, then a "We've noticed an issue with your delivery. Our agents can help." message displays. Click Message Us to contact us and resolve the problem. All steps complete.

Click View Order Details.

Result: The following message displays on the Order Details screen: "Hi [Customer Name], We're getting your equipment ready to ship."

Use the information in the table below to determine next steps based on the status of your order.

If…Then…
The equipment has been ordered
  • The following information displays on the Order Details screen.
    • The status bar displays the Ordered status.
    • Under Order Details, the service type, items, and order number display.
  • If you have questions about your order, click Message Us to chat.

The equipment has shipped
  • The following information displays on the Order Details screen.
    • The status bar displays the Shipped status.
    • Under Track Package, the shipment tracking number displays. You can also click Track My Package to view the latest shipping updates and estimated delivery date.
    • Under Order Details, the service type, items, and order number display.
  • If you have questions about your order, click Message Us to chat.

The equipment has been delivered
  • The following information displays on the Order Details screen.
    • The status bar displays the Delivered status.
    • Under Track Package, the shipment tracking number displays. You can also click Track My Package to view the latest shipping updates.
