The Contour HBO Max App

The HBO Max app is a streaming service available in the apps menu on the Contour and Contour Stream Player service. HBO offers movies, episodes of your favorite TV series, and exclusive original content.

• With a subscription to HBO through Cox, the HBO Max app is automatically included.
  
  Note: The Cinemax channels are a separate subscription and would not automatically include HBO Max.
  
  
• Contour Stream Player customers who subscribe to HBO Max through Cox will have full access to the app from their Contour Stream Player box, but will not have access to the HBO channels.
• If subscribed to HBO through Cox, then log in to HBO Max through Cox or through the third-party app by using the primary Cox username and password.
• Warner Brothers movies premiere in theaters and on HBO Max the same day at no extra cost.
• HBO Max app offers content hubs from some of your favorite content sources.

Requirements

The following services are required to access the HBO Max app.

• Any level of Cox Internet service.
• Any level of TV service when using the HBO Max app through any tablet, smartphone, or online.
• For the interactive box app, you must have Contour or Contour Stream Player service.
