Testing Cox Homelife Internet Connectivity From the Touchscreen

Solution

Follow the steps below to test the internet connectivity from the Homelife touchscreen.
 

You need to have your four-digit Master Keypad Code to reboot the touchscreen. If you cannot remember your Master Keypad Code, contact Cox Homelife support at 877-404-2568.

From the touchscreen home screen, tap Settings.

Enter the master code to proceed to the Settings menu.

From the Settings menu, tap Advanced Settings.

From the Connectivity screen, tap Test Connectivity.

Use the following to understand the results from the Connectivity Test.
 

If the results return... Then...
A successful connection A green check mark displays next to both the Broadband and Cellular Connectivity results.
