Signing In to the Paramount+ App

Solution

Follow the steps below to sign in to the Paramount+ app.

Access the Paramount+ app on your Contour box. To learn more about how to access the app, refer to Accessing the Apps on a Contour Box.

Note: Using the Contour Voice Remote, speak, "paramount plus" to quickly access the app.

When the Paramount+ app opens, two options display; TRY IT FREE or SIGN IN. Using the Cox remote, use the arrow buttons to highlight the option you want, then press Select.

Note: Existing Paramount+ subscribers must select SIGN IN.

Follow the steps in the table based on your choice to sign in.

  1. In a web browser, enter paramountplus.com/cox.
  2. Follow the website directions to create your account.
  3. After creating your account, when the website asks you to enter your activation code, enter the activation code displayed on your TV screen.
Sign In

Two options display on your screen.

  • If selecting On My TV, then using your Cox remote, enter your Email and Password for Paramount+, then highlight and select Sign In.

    Note: To sign in, you must already have an account with Paramount+. If you do not already have an account, refer to the steps for the 30-day free trial.

  • If selecting On the Web, then enter paramountplus.com/cox in a web browser and enter the code now displayed on your TV screen. Follow the instructions to sign in and the TV will authorize automatically when complete.

Note: Billing is handled by Paramount+ and does not display on your Cox bill.
