To purchase an item using the Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote app, you must have an existing account set up with the Home Shopping Network (HSN).
Note: HSN Shop by Remote will only display the sign in prompt when attempting to purchase an item.

| You are a new customer | Create a login with HSN online at their website or contact HSN customer service at 1-800-436-6464. |
| You are an existing customer | Enter your phone number and zip code when prompted. Note: Coupon information is added during the sign in process. |
