Signing In to Homelife Mobile App

Solution

Follow the below steps to sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app. If you are experiencing issues with signing into the app, then refer to Troubleshooting Signing In to the Cox Homelife App.

Notes:

  • At the bottom of the sign in screen, you can tap Try the Demo to experience all of the available app features.
  • Enable push notifications to receive information about new features, product alerts, and tips on using your Homelife system.

Launch the Cox Homelife mobile app.

On the Sign In screen, enter your Homelife username and password, and then tap Sign In.

Result: The Homelife Overview screen displays.

Tap More, and then Application.

From the Applications Settings screen, under Sign in Settings, toggle your preferred sign in method.

  • Keep Me Signed In
  • Use Touch ID
  • Use Face ID

Scroll to General Preferences and complete the following.
 
Note: The option to allow push notifications may have been presented upon launching the app.

  1. Tap Push Notification.

  2. From the Push Notifications screen, under Your Device, toggle on your registered device. Refer to Managing Push Notifications in the Homelife App.
