Setting Up Your Cox Mobile VoiceMail

Complete the following steps to setup your voicemail from your Cox Mobile phone.

• The voice mail temporary access PIN for first-time users is the last four digits of the phone number.
• Your password can be four to seven digits.

From your Cox Mobile phone, dial *86.

Follow the prompts to set up the primary language.

Note: The default is Spanish or the other option is English.

Follow the prompts to create a personal pin.

Follow the prompts to record your greeting and name.

Result: The voicemail service is active.
