Setting Up an Email Account in Outlook for Windows

Learn how to set up your Cox Email in Microsoft Outlook 365.

Note: Cox does not support all email clients. The following is for reference only. For more help using Microsoft Outlook, visit Microsoft support.

On the taskbar, click Start, then click Microsoft Outlook to open Outlook.

Click File, then click Add Account.

From the Outlook window, enter your Cox Email address, then click Advanced Options and place a check in the box next to Let me set up my account manually.

From the Advanced setup window, click IMAP.

From the IMAP Account Settings window, enter your Cox Email password, then click Connect.

From the Account successfully added window, click Done.

Result: Outlook restarts.
