Setting and Using the PIN on Homelife Mobile App

Solution

With the Cox Homelife mobile app, you have the option of signing in with a four-digit PIN. The PIN allows you to bypass the Username and Password while still providing a level of security.
 

To create a PIN for the Homelife mobile app, follow the steps below.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

From the Overview screen, tap the More menu, and then tap Application.

From the Application Settings screen, tap the Pin Sign In toggle.

From the PIN Sign In screen, enter a new four-digit code. Re-enter the code to confirm.

To enable or disable your PIN, tap the PIN Sign In toggle. The toggle displays as blue if PIN Sign In is enabled, and gray if PIN Sign In is disabled.
