Send Reboot Signal to Modem Using My WiFI

Solution

If you are experiencing issues with connectivity or slow speeds, sending a reboot signal to your modem can help to resolve these issues. 
 

To Reboot your modem, complete the following steps. 

  1. From the Network Settings tab, click Show Advanced Settings.
  2. Scroll down the page and locate Send Reboot Signal to Modem
  3. Click Reboot Modem as shown in the image below. The reboot make take several minutes to complete.
