Selecting a Default DVR for Cox TV

When a default DVR is selected in a Cox TV network, you can easily record programs with a client receiver and store them to the same DVR each time.
 
Using the Cox remote control, complete the following steps to select your default DVR. 

Go to a client receiver that is not a default DVR. After a default DVR is selected, any programs recorded from a client receiver are stored in the same DVR each time. 

Press the SETTINGS button on the Cox remote.

Select Receivers and press OK.
 
Result: DVR Network displays in the middle of the screen.

Select Set Default DVR and press OK.

1. Use the arrow buttons to select the desired default DVR.
2. Press the B button to save the setting.
