Scheduling a Future Dated Payment Online

Use the following information to schedule a payment for a future date in the Cox app or on Cox.com.

• This prevents a service interruption.
• The scheduled payment will draft from the method of payment on the scheduled date.
• The method of payment and date cannot be adjusted or cancelled once the payment is scheduled.

Follow the steps in the table below to access your Cox account profile online or in the Cox app.
 

Complete the steps in the table below to access billing and payment options online or in the Cox app.
 

To schedule the payment online or in the Cox app, complete the step below.
 

If accessing via…	Then…
Cox app	From the Payment Options screen, tap Schedule a Payment.
Cox.com	From the Payment options window, click Schedule a payment. Note: If this option is greyed out, then you are not eligible to schedule a future payment. Choose another payment option.

On the Schedule a future payment page, select the date you want to make your payment.

From Payment amount, select your payment or enter your payment amount.



Note: Your payment amount cannot be lower than the minimum payment due.

From Payment method, enter your method of payment, then click Continue.

Result: The Review details and submit payment pop-up window displays.

Once you click Submit the payment transaction is scheduled and cannot be adjusted.

Review the Terms of Service.

Note: The Back button allows you to return and edit your information.

1. Click to check the box to agree to the Terms of Service.
2. Click Submit.
