Resetting Your Cox User ID Password Using your Secret Question

From the Select reset option page, click the Answer secret question tab.
 

From the Answer security question page, enter the answer to the displayed question and then click Next.
 

From the Create password page, enter your New Password and then click Save changes.

From the Your Cox password has been updated page, click Sign in to My Account to continue to the Sign In to Your Cox Account page.
