Resetting Your Cox User ID Password Using Email

From the Select reset option page, click the Send email tab.

From the Verify email page, click Send verification email.
 

Note: Your email address is partially hidden for your security.

Result: The Email sent page displays.

From your received email, click the Continue button.
 

Result: The Create password page displays.

From the Create password page, enter your New Password and then click Save changes.

From the Your Cox password has been updated page, click Sign in to My Account to continue to the Sign In to Your Cox Account page.
