Resetting Your Cox User ID Password Using Call Me

Solution

From the Select reset option page, click the Call me tab.

Result: The Call me page displays a list of phone numbers on the account. The phone numbers are partially hidden for your security.

Select the phone number that you want to receive the message and then click Call this phone.

From the Verify your phone number page, enter the six-digit verification code received in the message and click Verify.

From the Create password page, enter your New Password and then click Save changes.

From the Your Cox password has been updated page, click Sign in to My Account to continue to the Sign In to Your Cox Account page.
