Resetting the Parental Controls on Contour

Use the Reset Parental Controls feature on the Contour Parental Control menu to clear all parental control settings.

All Parental Control settings and PINs will be removed and all Parental Controls will be unlocked.

On the Cox remote, press the CONTOUR button.

Press the arrow buttons to highlight Settings, then press OK.

Press the down arrow button to highlight Parental Controls, then press OK.

Enter your four-digit PIN.

Press the down arrow button to highlight Reset Parental Controls, then press OK.

Press the right arrow button to highlight Confirm, then press OK.

Note: Once reset, the Reset Parental Controls option is removed from the menu.
