Resetting Netflix


Perform the following steps to reset the Netflix app.

  1. From your Cox remote, press the A button.
  2. From the Troubleshooting Help row, select Restart.
  3. Select Restart in the confirmation window.

    Result: TV receiver will restart. 

  4. Attempt to access Netflix, refer to Accessing Netflix.
