- On the Enter User ID page, enter the Primary User ID that you created during your original Cox.com account registration in the User ID field.
- Click Next.
Note: Pressing Enter will not progress you to the next page. You must click Next to continue.
Use the following steps to reset the password for the primary User ID that is associated with your account.

Important: Changing or resetting a Cox user password may affect the ability to log in to a number of other applications. Before proceeding, refer to Applications Affected by Changing Cox Login User ID or Password to review a list of applications that may be affected by changing a Cox.com password.
