Rescheduling a Service Appointment on Cox.com

Solution

On the My Appointment page, click Reschedule appointment.

Complete the following steps.

  1. Choose the date and time for the new appointment by clicking the listed time range.

    Note: For additional date options, click the arrow button.

  2. Click Save my service appointment.

    Result: The confirmation window displays.

Click Close.
