Removing a Tile From the Homelife App Overview Screen

Solution

Use the below steps to add a new device to the Overview screen when signed in to the Homelife app.
 

Note: Not all tiles can be removed; however, the order the tiles appear can be adjusted. Refer to Moving a Tile on the Homelife App Overview Screen.

From the Cox Homelife mobile app, enter your User ID and Password and press Sign In.

From the Overview screen, in the top right-hand corner, tap Edit.

Tap a device tile to press the left hand-side Remove icon.

Note: Only select tiles can be removed.

From the Overview window, tap Save.

Result: The tile no longer displays on the Overview screen. To add a device or tile, refer to Adding a Device to the Homelife App Overview Screen.
