Removing a Secondary User

Solution

Use the following steps to remove a secondary user in My Account on Cox.com.

Click View My Profile.

Under My Profile, click Users & Email Accounts.

Click Remove User next to the secondary user ID you want to remove.

From the Remove User pop-up window that displays, click Remove User.

Result: The Users & Email Accounts window displays a green confirmation banner and a confirmation email or letter is sent.
