Recovering Your Cox User ID Using Your Phone Number

From the Forgot my Cox User ID page, click the Phone number tab.
 

From the Look up your account by phone number page, enter a phone number associated with your Cox account and then click Look up account.
 

From the Verify your phone number page, enter the six-digit verification code sent to your phone number and then click Verify.
 

From the Good news: we found your account page, view the User IDs associated with your account and then click Sign in to My Account to continue to the Sign In to Your Cox Account page.
