Readable Voice Mail is a free service for Cox Digital Telephone customers. To use Readable Voice Mail, you must subscribe to Cox Digital Telephone and have active Cox Voice Mail service. An active Cox email account is not required. To add Readable Voice Mail, you will need to access it through Phone Tools.
Cox shall ensure that the following terms, or terms substantially similar, are included in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) that subscribers receive with the Services.
Incomplete Messages. As a result of system constraints, some processed messages may not be fully transcribed and will appear as incomplete messages. Such incomplete messages will be denoted by an ellipsis “…” or some other indication that your message has been truncated. In such situations, you may obtain the full message by listening to your voicemail message.
Voicemail Data. Subscriber consents under all applicable laws and regulations to provide Voicemail Messages to Vendor such that Vendor shall be authorized to process those voice files and use Voicemail Messages, portions thereof, and/or log files or other data associated therewith, to tune, enhance, and improve the Services, including but not limited to, improving speech recognition technologies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ‘AS IS’ WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND COX AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
