Ordering Pay-Per-View Events and Subscription Programs Online

Solution

Use the process below when ordering a PPV event or sports package online.

From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.

Enter your primary User ID and Password.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Access the Sports and Events window by performing the following steps.

  1. Click Products.
  2. From the drop-down menu, click TV.
  3. From the menu, click On Demand.
  4. Using the top menu, select Sports & Events.

Using the menu on the left-hand side of the window, select one of the following.

  • Upcoming Events
  • Events On Demand
  • MLS Direct Kick
  • MLB Extra Innings
  • NBA League Pass
  • NHL Center Ice

Click on the event or sports package you would like to view.

If you select…Then…
Event

Click Order Now.

Note: If you are not signed in to Cox.com, you will be prompted to do so.

  • On the details page, the showtimes for the event are displayed. You can place the order at your convenience, or you can follow the directions to Watch Now to order the event on your receiver.
  • The price listed on the Pay-Per-View Listings and Details pages are not accurate for your location until you sign in with your primary Account Holder username and password.

Sports Package
  1. Verify your service address is correct, then click Continue.
  2. Choose the payment method as a single payment or spread charge, then click Select.

    Note: The single payment method is selected by default.

  3. Click Continue to Checkout.

Follow the window prompts to verify and confirm your order.

Result: Your PPV event or sports package has been added to your account. At the time of the event, tune your TV to the specified channel for the event listed under How to Watch.
