If you are moving and would like to have Cox services at your new location, follow the steps below to submit a new move or transfer request.
From the Cox.com Home page, click Sign In My Account and Enter your User ID and Password.
Notes:
Under the Account header, beneath your address, click Move my service.
Result: The Move page displays.
Enter the new address and then click Check availability to determine if Cox services are available.
Use the table below to determine next steps based on the message displayed.
If... | Then... |

Service can be provided | The following message displays, advising service is available at the address entered. Click Continue to review plan to review your account and decide how you would like to transfer your service. |
Service cannot be provided | The following message displays, advising services are not available at the address entered.

Additional information is required | The following message displays, advising to contact us for more information. |
