Move or Transfer Your Cox Services


If you are moving and would like to have Cox Services at your new location, follow the steps below to submit a new request.


From the Cox.com home page, click Sign In My Account.
Result: The My Account menu displays.


Click Move My Services.

Result: The Transfer Your Cox Services page displays.


Enter the following information on this form, then click Submit.

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Current Address
  • New Address

Result: Once your information has been submitted, a Cox representative will call you within two business days to complete your request.
