Modifying a Secondary User in My Account


Use the following steps to modify an existing secondary user from My Account.


From Manage Users, in the Secondary User section, click Modify User for the User ID to modify.

From the Manage Secondary User window, complete the following.

  1. In the user information fields, enter or update the information.
  2. Click Save changes.
  3. To grant a secondary user the same access to the account billing and payment areas as the primary User ID, place a check in the Allow this user access to all billing and payment areas. box. For more information, refer to Understanding Digital Identities and Account Types.

    Result: A green confirmation message displays.
