Review the following steps to troubleshoot the Home Shopping Network app when it is missing in the Contour 2 apps menu.
The following services are required to access the Home Shopping Network Shop by Remote app.
- Any level of residential Cox Internet service
- Full Contour 2 service
- Subscription to Home Shopping Network, refer to Channel Lineup for package location
Note: The Home Shopping Network username and password may differ from your Cox username and password.
Complete the following steps to resolve the missing app.
- Ensure the TV and receiver connections are properly connected and finger tight.
- Unplug the receiver for 30 seconds and then plug the receiver back in.
- Attempt to access, refer to Access the Contour 2 Home Shopping Network shop by remote app. If the app still doesn't display, then refer to Contact Us.
