Review the following to troubleshoot the app when it doesn't display in the Contour apps menu.
- Ensure the following requirements are met before continuing to the next step.
- Any level of residential Cox Internet service
- Subscription to Contour TV or Contour Stream Player service
- Check the connections on the receiver to ensure they are finger-tight.
- Unplug the receiver for 30 seconds and then plug the receiver back in.
- Attempt to access the app. If the app still doesn't appear, then contact us for further assistance.
Note: Apple TV+, Disney+, and ESPN+ apps are not available on some Contour receivers.
