Missing Contour 2 App

Solution

Review the following to troubleshoot the app when it doesn't display in the Contour 2 apps menu.

  1. Ensure the following requirements are met before continuing to the next step.
    • Any level of residential Cox Internet service
    • Subscription to Contour 2 service
  2. Check the connections on the receiver to ensure they are finger tight.
  3. Unplug the receiver for 30 seconds and then plug the receiver back in.
  4. Attempt to access the app. If the app still doesn't appear, then contact us for further assistance.
