The following information provides an overview of the device operating system, browser, and hardware required to achieve Gigabit and lower package speeds.
 

Note: If your equipment configurations connect to the internet but differ from the following requirements, they are compatible with Cox Internet. However, Cox recommends these minimum system requirements to achieve your package speeds.

Gigabit Internet Package

The table below details the minimum requirements to achieve up to 1 Gbps downstream speeds.
