Managing Your Accessibility Settings on Cox.com

You have the option to provide us with your accessibility information in order for us to assist you in a way that best meets your needs. To learn more about Cox accessibility features, see www.cox.com/accessibility.

Follow the steps below to manage your account settings and self-identify your accessibility needs, or those of someone in your household, online at Cox.com.

From the Account Log In window, enter your primary User ID and Password, and click Sign In

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

From the Disability self-identification settings window, click to check any of the boxes that apply to you, or someone in your household, and click Save changes.
