Managing Voice Mail Via Voice Tools Settings

When Voice Mail is turned on, you have options to update the Voice Mail Pin, turn on or off Readable Voice Mail, and edit email addresses for Voice Mail Notifications.

Voice Mail PIN

As mentioned above, when Voice Mail is turned on, you have the option to change your PIN. If you click the Change PIN link, you can Enter a New PIN, then Confirm New PIN and Save.

Readable Voice Mail

When Readable Voice Mail is turned on, you can read a transcript of your voice mail and you are consenting to the Readable Voice Mail User Policy. Once you have turned on this option and received a transcribed text message of your voice mail, you will have the option to rate the transcript.

Readable Voice Mail must be turned on to use Voice Mail Notifications.

Voice Mail Notification

When you turn on Voice Mail Notification, you can receive an email of your voice mail as an audio message, text transcript, or both. You can add up to five email addresses.

Readable Voice Mail must be turned on to use Voice Mail Notification.
