Managing Secondary Users in My Account

As of August 15, 2019, Cox no longer offers the ability for new and existing Cox Internet customers to create new Cox Email accounts.

To gain access to secure areas of Cox.com, such as paying your bill or downloading security software, you must sign in with the User ID and password you created when registering on Cox.com.

Note: All User IDs created in My Account are for online access only. You'll need to use identification other than your Cox Digital Identity when contacting Cox to discuss your account details.

Click My Account at the top of the homepage.

Sign in with your primary User ID and Password. You must sign in as the primary user to Manage Users.
 

Note: If you can't remember your password, click the Forgot Password? link under the Sign In button.

Click View My Profile.

Under User Accounts, click Manage Users.
