To manage your profile and contact information on the Cox App, use the following steps.
Tap on the Cox App on your device.
Note: If you do not have the Cox App, download it from Google Play or App Store.
Sign in to the Cox App using your primary User ID and Password.
Locate and tap the ACCOUNT icon at the bottom menu.
Tap Profile & Contact.
From the Profile and Contact window, select the option you want to edit.

Profile | The Profile section displays the following information.
Note: If changing your service address, tap Move My Service to initiate a transfer request. |
Note: Only the nickname can be edited for this option. |
Contact Email(s) | The Contact Email(s) displays the following information.

Manage Account Status | If you're looking to delete your account and cancel your services, please message us. | Tap Message Us to open a chat window to initiate a cancellation request. |
