Managing Keypad Codes in the Cox Homelife Mobile App

Solution

Follow the steps below to manage your security Keypad Codes with the Homelife mobile app.

Sign in to the Cox Homelife mobile app.

Tap the More menu, and select Keypad Codes.

On the Keypad Codes screen, tap the + icon.

On the Account Verification screen, enter your Master Code.

On the Add Keypad Code screen, enter the following information.

  1. Create a name for your new code.
  2. Select Arm/Disarm or Arm Only from the Code Type drop-down menu.
  3. Enter the desired 4-Digit Code.
  4. Deselect any days this code should not be active. Active days display in blue.
  5. Tap Save.
