Managing Cox Mobile Online

Solution

Use the following information to manage, change, and view your mobile plan, data usage, talk, and SMS or Text usage for a Cox Mobile line.

Go to My Account, enter your User ID and Password, and then click Sign In.
 

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.

Scroll down to the Manage your services & equipment section and click the Mobile icon.

On the Mobile Account page, under the Lines section, look for the mobile phone number you would like to update and click the Manage line link.

On the Device overview page, located in the Mobile plan section, click View usage details.

In the Usage History window, select one of the three tabs to view specific information or make changes to your Cox Mobile service.

Current Usage

The Data displays the following options.

  • Current usage cycle, data, and data used.
  • Change your Mobile plan.
  • Change your International plan.

    Note: To continue the steps for changing your data plan, refer to Changing Your Cox Mobile Service Online.

The following options are available in the Data section.

  • In the Mobile plan, select Change to allow you to modify between Pay As You Gig and Gig Unlimited. If you wish to change your mobile plan, then select the desired plan and click Save Changes.

  • In the International plan, contact us to make changes to your International plan.
The Minutes display the inbound and outbound mobile calls and the total minutes used.

Use the following to help filter your search.

  • The Line drop-down allows you to set which mobile device you want to view.
  • The Type drop-down allows you to set the following options.
    • All
    • Domestic
    • International
  • The Bill cycle drop-down allows you to set which bill you want to view.
  • The Show drop-down sets the number of entries listed in the view.

The SMS displays the total SMS messages sent or received.

Use the following to help filter your search.

  • The Line drop-down allows you to set which mobile device you want to view.
  • The Type drop-down allows you to set the following options.
    • All
    • SMS
    • MMS
  • The Bill cycle drop-down allows you to set which bill you want to view.
  • The Show drop-down sets the number of entries listed in the view.
