Complete the following to view the details of your service appointment, including how to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
- From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.
- Enter your User ID and Password. If you experience a sign in issue, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
- From the Service Appointment window, review the details of your scheduled work order.
Note: The Manage appointment button allows you to adjust your work order.
