Managing a Service Appointment on Cox.com

You can access your service appointments to cancel, reschedule, or view the details online by completing the following steps.


From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.


Enter your User ID and Password.

Note: If you do not remember your User ID or Password, or experience an issue signing in, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.


Refer the Service Appointment field to view details of your upcoming service appointment.


To cancel or reschedule your appointment, click the Manage appointment button and refer to the following.
