Managing a Service Appointment on Cox.com

Complete the following to view the details of your service appointment, including how to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

  1. From the Cox.com homepage, click Sign In My Account.
  2. Enter your User ID and Password. If you experience a sign in issue, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
  3. From the Service Appointment window, review the details of your scheduled work order.
     
    Note: The Manage appointment button allows you to adjust your work order.
