Managing a Service Appointment in the Cox App

Complete the following to view the details of your service appointment, including how to cancel and reschedule your appointment.

1. From the Cox app, enter your User ID and Password. If you experience a sign in issue, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
2. From the Your upcoming appointment is: section, review the details of your scheduled service appointment.
3. Tap Manage Appointment to reschedule or cancel your service appointment.
