Complete the following to view the details of your service appointment, including how to cancel and reschedule your appointment.
- From the Cox app, enter your User ID and Password. If you experience a sign in issue, see Recover Your Cox User ID or Reset Your Cox Password.
- From the Your upcoming appointment is: section, review the details of your scheduled service appointment.
- Tap Manage Appointment to reschedule or cancel your service appointment.
