Locking Channels With Parental Control Using Contour

Parental Controls must be set up in order to access the Lock option.

Press the GUIDE button on your remote control.

Use the arrow buttons to highlight the channel that you wish to lock.

Press the left arrow button once to highlight the logo and channel number of the channel that you wish to lock, then press OK.

Press the right arrow button to highlight Lock, then press OK.

If you have already set up a Parental Controls PIN, you will be asked to enter your four-digit PIN on your remote control before you can continue.

Enter the PIN a second time to confirm the channel lock.

Result: The channel is now locked.
