Details

ESPN3 is a digital network that streams thousands of live games and events.

  • Available to all Cox Internet subscribers.
  • A subscription to ESPN is not required to access ESPN 3.
  • In the Contour on-screen guide, content marked with the icon Internet icon counts toward your data usage. For more information, refer to Understanding Data Usage.
  • A majority of the events are exclusive to ESPN3.
  • Games not exclusive to ESPN3 are broadband-enhanced versions of the games from one of the ESPN TV networks.

    Note: Some broadband-enhanced games require an additional subscription. Examples are SEC Network or ACC Network.

ESPN3 Availability

You have the ability to view ESPN3 programming from mobile devices that meet the minimum requirements and from their Contour receiver.

Mobile/Desktop Device
  • Access programming using one of the following methods.
    • From the downloaded ESPN app.
    • From www.ESPN3.com on any web browser.
  • Use your Primary User ID for app access.
Contour Receiver
  • There is no linear channel.
  • There is no information in the guide for ESPN3.
  • There is no Video On Demand or Subscription Video On Demand service.
  • Access programming using one of the following methods.
    • Using voice command, ESPN3.
    • Under Sports app.
    • In the Contour apps menu, select ESPN3.
