ID Scan

ID Scan is a security feature which uses images of the front and back of the Account Holder's ID and of themselves, also known as a selfie, as an additional layer of verification when accessing their accounts.

When ID Scan is triggered, a verification link is sent via text message to a US mobile number or email address. The link provides a guided walkthrough on capturing and submitting images of the Account Holder's ID and selfie.
