How to Read Your Cox Mobile Bill

Details

If you are interested in paying your bill online, refer to Making a One-Time Payment Online.

General Billing Information

Cox Mobile is billed one month in advance.

  • If upgrades or downgrades are made to services during a billing cycle, monthly charges may be prorated based on the number of days remaining in the cycle.
  • If services are only provided for a partial month, monthly charges may be prorated based on days of service. Long-distance, local toll charges, directory assistance, and operator-assisted calls are based on usage for that billing period.
  • The total amount on your bill is due by the due date printed on your bill.

    Exception: Large print or Braille option is available upon request.

The Summary Page of your Cox Mobile bill provides key details regarding your account.
 

Note: Billing statements are sent to the customer's mailing address. To update your mailing address information, refer to Updating Your Billing Address Online.

  • Mobile device number

  • Usage to include calls, texts, and data

    Note: The data usage cycle always ends two days prior to the end of the billing cycle. This allows any charges a chance to display on the upcoming bill. For example, if your bill cycle is 9, then the usage cycle is the 7th through the 6th of the following month and in the bill cycle on the 9th.
