Getting a Call When Voice Mail Arrives

Solution

Want to ensure you are notified when someone leaves a message on your home phone? Follow the steps below to receive a call when voice mail arrives.

How It Works

Just enter a phone number where you can be reached - such as a cell or work number - and then turn on the out dial notification feature and schedule delivery. That way, your cell or work number will ring with a message that voice mail is waiting on your home phone.

To listen to that voice mail, do not hang up. Rather, press *5 and then enter your PIN followed by the pound (#) key to access the voice mail, or you can wait and dial your voice mail number when it's more convenient.
