Cox Internet customers in the following service areas can add more data by subscribing to either the Unlimited or 500 GB additional data plan.

• Louisiana

• Sun Valley, ID

However, the following account types or internet packages are not eligible to enroll at this time.

• Connect2Compete customers
• Bulk multiple dwelling unit (MDU) Internet accounts where Cox service is paid by the landlord
• Customers with accessibility exemptions
• Accounts on Seasonal service hold
• StraightUp Internet customers
