Enabling Call Waiting

Solution

Complete the following to enable Call Waiting for Cox Digital Telephone.

Note: If you have Cox Voice, then you must use Voice Tools on Cox.com.

Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.

Select from the following based on your location.

  • If you are located in the following markets use *370.
    • Baton Rouge
    • Macon
    • Gainesville
    • Pensacola
    • Roanoke
  • All other markets, press *37. For rotary phone users, dial 1137.

Listen for three confirmation tones.

Result: Call waiting is now active.
