It’s time to move your Cox email service with your Cox.net account to Yahoo Mail. You can rest assured knowing you'll keep using your same Cox.net email address. 

To complete your account’s transition to Yahoo:

1. Go to http://mail.yahoo.com/
2. Sign in using your cox.net email address and password
    •   Important: You will need to include your full email address (including @cox.net) when logging into your email account with Yahoo
3. After you accept the Yahoo Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, your cox.net email address will be supported by Yahoo and is accessible to you even if you choose to discontinue service with Cox.
    •   During the initial login to Yahoo, emails, contacts, folders and files may take 24-48 hours to appear in your inbox.
    •   Please note that Cox no longer offers or supports email services. If you’re having trouble logging in to your new Yahoo account, reach out directly at Help.Yahoo.com or call their Premium Phone support line at 866-562-7250 as soon as possible.

If you opted to manually delete your Cox email account prior to the account being moved to Yahoo and you would like to reactivate your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Login with your Primary Cox user ID at www.cox.com/myprofile
2. Select Manage Users within the User Accounts section
3. Select Reactivate email next to the email address you want to reactivate
4. Select Reactivate Email Account to confirm
