We’re sorry, but the cox.net email address associated with your Cox account has been deactivated due to disconnecting or moving your Cox Internet service, lack of use over the last 6 months, or opting to delete your Cox Email account. Please follow the steps outlined below if you would like to reactivate your Cox Email account:

If you have disconnected your Cox Internet service:

You are only eligible for a Cox Email address if you are an active Cox Internet customer. To reactivate your account, you must order new Cox service.

If you’ve moved and transferred your Cox Internet service:

You can transfer your email address(es) to your new account by visiting www.cox.com/myprofile/syncupaccount.cox and following the instructions on the webpage.

If your account has become inactive due to lack of use over the last 6 months or you have opted to delete your Cox Email account:

To reactivate your account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login with your Primary Cox user ID at www.cox.com/myprofile
  2. Select Manager Users within the User Accounts section
  3. Select Reactivate email next to the email address you want to reactivate
  4. Select Reactivate Email Account to confirm
