If you have disconnected your Cox Internet service:
You are only eligible for a Cox Email address if you are an active Cox Internet customer. To reactivate your account, you must order new Cox service.
If you’ve moved and transferred your Cox Internet service:
You can transfer your email address(es) to your new account by visiting www.cox.com/myprofile/syncupaccount.cox and following the instructions on the webpage.
